1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SupaTeam, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users including organizations, businesses, and individuals.
2.Description of Service
SupaTeam provides an AI-powered social media management platform featuring four autonomous agents: Maya (Social Media Manager), Tobi (Research Strategist), Bianca (Product Innovator), and Luna (Growth Architect). The Service includes automated content posting, analytics, media management, and third-party platform integrations.
3.Account Registration
To use the Service, you must provide accurate information, maintain account security, be at least 18 years of age, and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, post illegal or harmful content, engage in spam or fraud, circumvent security measures, reverse engineer our platform, harm or impersonate others, overload infrastructure, or violate social media platform terms of service.
5.AI Agent Behavior
Our AI agents operate autonomously based on your configuration. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may require human review. Results may vary and you remain responsible for all content posted by agents on your behalf. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to process it.
6.Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually. We may modify prices with 30 days' notice. Trial periods are offered at our discretion. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in our Refund Policy.
7.Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, implement maintenance with reasonable notice, update features and pricing, and limit usage to prevent abuse. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Gmail, Google Maps, etc.). You must comply with third-party terms, grant necessary permissions, and understand that third-party disruptions may affect our Service.
9.Intellectual Property
The Platform, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SupaTeam and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant error-free, secure, or uninterrupted service.
11.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPATEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SupaTeam from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, content you post, violation of third-party rights or laws, or unauthorized account access.
13.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may cancel anytime. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services rendered.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
