1.Overview
At SupaTeam, we strive to provide exceptional AI-powered social media management services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and our process for handling refund requests.
2.Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. During the trial period, you can explore all features with limited usage quotas. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charges. Your subscription begins only after the trial ends.
3.Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the period ends. No refunds for partial months.
4.Annual Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period. Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within the first 30 days and are subject to review and approval.
5.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted for: extended service outages (48+ consecutive hours), billing errors, duplicate charges, or service materially different from our marketing materials (within first 14 days).
6.Non-Refundable
Refunds will NOT be issued for: change of mind, failure to use the service, lack of understanding before purchase, Terms violations, third-party service disruptions, poor AI performance due to insufficient data, content you regret posting, or plan changes.
7.Request Process
Contact billing@supateam.ai with account details and reason. Include transaction ID, date, and detailed explanation. We review within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds process within 7-10 business days.
8.Refund Timeline
Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days. PayPal: 3-5 business days. Bank transfers: 7-14 business days. In some cases, we may offer account credits for future subscriptions.
9.Chargeback Policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, take longer to resolve, and incur additional fees. Work with our support team first.
10.Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are experiencing issues, contact our support team for troubleshooting, schedule a call with customer success, request additional training, or discuss plan adjustments.
